Nightfall at the Beach

When the dark clouds threaten snow and you are walking toward the beach do you turn or keep walking confidently? Inspired by many photos and other paintings I have done, I wanted to capture the concept of the last of fall when the leaves have fallen off the trees and the land is muted rust and brown shades.
